PABLO
Presented as a cat-and- mouse thriller, "PABLO" offers a different perspective on
the life of the infamous drug-lord, Pablo Escobar. His rivalry with the Search
Block Colonel leading the manhunt against him forms the epicenter of this
intense study in human character: the straight as an arrow Colonel who turned
down a six million dollar bribe, willing to bend the rules in order to capture or
kill Escobar; and the ruthless Capo, risking capture and even death to stay in
touch with his family. Tensions flare between the two archrivals as they both
struggle to accomplish their objectives despite mounting collateral damage. The
momentous events unfold in Colombia during the 1980’s, an era in which terror
knew no boundaries.
